Award winning, Michelin recommended Bao Bei Chinese Brasserie is looking for a hard working, passionate individual to join our team. We are a busy restaurant that serves modern Asian inspired small plates. Candidate must enjoy a fast paced kitchen and work well with a small team. We offer a 4 day work week, a knife and research allowance and a positive work environment.
Bao Bei is a unique restaurant in Chinatown that cultivates casual intimate dining experiences by providing small plates meant to be shared amongst a group of friends and family. Influences are taken from Taiwan and Shanghai but we are also inspired by a range of global flavours that form a more modern approach to Chinese cooking. We also love a good stiff cocktail and a nice glass of pinot noir to go with our food so we’ve taken great care to create distinctive libations and to curate a nice little list of wines for you.
